Ms. Jueeli Shiriskar is pursuing a PhD in Pharmaceutics, with expertise in novel drug delivery systems, formulation development, analytical characterization, and translational pharmaceutical research. Her doctoral research focuses on developing a protein-based self-assembled nanomicellar drug delivery system for breast cancer, aimed at improving drug solubility, stability, targeted delivery, and therapeutic performance.
Her M.Pharm research involved the development and evaluation of a Self-Micro Emulsifying Drug Delivery System (SMEDDS) using natural sources for immunomodulatory activity. Ms. Jueeli Shiriskar is proficient in formulation optimization using Design of Experiments (DoE), novel drug delivery systems, dissolution and drug-release kinetics studies, lyophilization, and in vitro and in vivo evaluations, including zebrafish-based toxicity and efficacy studies. Her instrumental expertise includes HPLC, HPTLC, UV–Visible spectroscopy, FTIR, dynamic light scattering, confocal microscopy, and USP Type IV dissolution testing.
