Education: M. Pharm, Ph.D. (Tech), Certificate in German Language, D.I.M., LL.B. – University of Bombay

Dr. Sunil Kanvinde has extensive experience in the Indian pharmaceutical industry, primarily in manufacturing various dosage forms including Tablets, Capsules, Injections, and Ointments. He began his career with German Remedies, followed by E Merck as a Production Manager. At Novartis India Ltd., he managed outsourcing of manufacturing and later joined Sandoz, gaining exposure to global generic product launches, regulatory compliance, and technology transfer.

Dr. Kanvinde also worked at Apotex handling new product launches and at Pfizer India Limited managing global supply chains. He has traveled extensively to global manufacturing sites and supported several Indian organizations in regulatory approvals, training, and development.

His passion for teaching continues as he teaches postgraduate students at Mumbai and Goa universities. Currently, he serves as Lead - Technical Operations at Wellesta Healthcare and is associated with SIES School of Pharmaceutical Sciences as an Adjunct Professor and a visiting faculty member at DMIHER, Wardha.

He has authored 15 research publications and contributed newspaper articles on Quality and GMP in Healthcare. He is also a speaker at various international conferences.
