Grievance Redressal Cell

Brief Introduction

The Grievance Redressal Cell is established to address and resolve grievances of students and staff in a fair and timely manner. It ensures a supportive environment for academic and administrative matters.

Objectives

  • To ensure fair and transparent handling of grievances.
  • To maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • To address concerns related to academics, behavior, and institutional services.

Grievance Submission Method

To submit a grievance, please use either of the following methods:

Redressal Procedure

  1. Grievance is received through the official channel.
  2. Committee reviews and assesses the issue confidentially.
  3. A meeting is held with concerned parties (if needed).
  4. Resolution is communicated via email within 7–10 working days.
