SIES School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, in collaboration with SIES School of Learning and Leadership Development, organized a Two-Day Workshop on the Application of Bloom’s Taxonomy in the Teaching-Learning Process on 10th and 18th October 2025. The workshop aimed to enhance faculty understanding of outcome-based education and the design of effective learning experiences.
The first day, conducted by Dr. A.K. Sengupta, focused on Bloom’s Taxonomy, outcome-based education, learner-centric approaches, and constructive alignment between learning outcomes, pedagogy, and assessment. The second day featured a hands-on session by Dr. Sangita Chaudhari on the integration of AI tools in education to design, assess, and enhance learning across all levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy.
The workshop provided valuable insights into innovative teaching strategies, AI-enabled education, and practical applications for improving teaching–learning effectiveness.
