Mr. Amey Prakash Deshpande is an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry with over 14 years of academic and research experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and specializes in synthetic chemistry, antimycobacterial agents, and computer‑aided drug design. His research contributions include peer‑reviewed publications in international journals, a granted Indian patent on novel anti‑tubercular oxadiazole derivatives, and presentations at national and international scientific forums, including the Tetrahedron Symposium. He is a registered pharmacist and an active member of professional bodies such as the Association of Pharmacy Teachers of India (APTI). His work centers on advancing medicinal chemistry and fostering evidence‑based pharmaceutical education.
